Comments: Kevin Alvey was great! He saw the problem and offered to fix it right away. The price he gave me was $200 less than another estimate I received, and he didn't try to "sell" me anything else. Another person who gave me an estimate told me that I needed a whole new roof and skylight, along with having the possible danger of mold. Kevin inspected the same area and told me that the roof was good and strong, and there was no danger of any mold. I appreciated his honesty and was very happy to have the repair done quickly. I will definitely consider him for any future work on my home.
